Below, you will find recommended juice time table for the Three Day/ Five Day Cleanse and Detox.
Be sure to drink plenty of water while completing the detox. It’s recommended to drink four glasses of water (1.5 litres).
If embarking on a juice detox, It’s recommended to have between 4-6 juices per day, however our table has been designed for Breakfast/ Lunch/Dinner. You can purchase any of our refreshing juices to make up for the juices in between (see list Here).
